Donald Ray Baker was born on March 14, 1952 to Loren "Dee" and Violet (Stovall) Baker in Clay County, Missouri.

He married his wife Cathy in November of 1985.  Don loved spending time with all of his family. He also enjoyed fishing, snagging, and attending country music shows.

Don was preceded in death by his wife, Cathy and his parents.

Don is survived by his son Scott Baker, daughter Kelly (Bryan) Briggs, son Chris Tanner, and daughter Monique (Gary) Bley; Grandchildren Trinity Briggs, Gracey Briggs, Destiny Briggs, Brayden Briggs, Thaddeus Wilson, Sierra Halsted, Lilly Baker, Violette Baker, Conner Tanner and Ashton Tanner; and two great-grandchildren Chandler and Waylon.
