Eugene H. Taylor was born August 4, 1927 to Clarence and Audrey Taylor in Lampe, Missouri.  He passed away June 7, 2021 in Springfield, Missouri.Gene spent most of his life traveling.

He was united in marriage to Betty Mae Tierney January 24, 1953. To this union was born Marsha Raelene, Marlene, Lloyd, Lonny and Sarah.

Gene was a traveler far and near.  He loved going on mission trips to Panama, Alaska and Mexico.  His past time was bee keeping and wood carving.  Gene was an active member of the Osceola Assembly of God Church.  He served as head usher and also served as a board member for many years.  Gene joined the men's group on many mission trips and always made the trip around the country to men's conferences.

He had a big heart.  He was always the first to contribute to any missions project and evangelists outreach, such as Heavens Gates and Hells Flames.  He witnessed for his Lord every day.  Who will step up to fill his shoes?  He will be greatly missed.
