Genavee (Jean) Motley was born June 19, 1935 in Lanton, Missouri to James Francis Weatherly and Nova Lee (Stanford) Weatherly.  She passed away November 21, 2019 in Springfield, Missouri.

She married Lewis Lee Motley in July of 1952.  That union was blessed with 4 children.  She had 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Jean was preceded in death by her parents, James and Nova Weatherly; 3 brothers, Leo Weatherly, Melvin Weatherly and Gary Weatherly.

She is survived by 4 children, Steve Motley and wife Linda, Becky Motley, Eddie Motley, and Jackie Mathews and husband James; 9 grandchildren, Stacey, Jenny, Carrie, Brian, Krissi, Denver, Dakota, Jamie and Micol; 12 great-grandchildren, Kelsay, Stephen, Marissa, Madison, Courtney, Jude, Emi, Ethan, River, Jayln, Alexa and Willa; 1 sister, Katy Graf, along with many nieces, nephews and friends.

Jean was a loving mom, grandma and great-grandma.  She will be greatly missed.
