Hazel Lorraine
Denman
Mar 9, 1941 — Sep 27, 2025
Hazel Lorraine Denman departed this life on September 27, 2025 at the age of 84 in Bolivar, Missouri. She was born March 9, 1941 to Jesse and Edna Tyler in Longford, Kansas. Hazel was united in marriage to Lowrey Smith June 16, 1957. To this marriage were born four children; Tammy, Robin, Billy and Cassy. Hazel was widowed in 1984 and again married June 17, 1995 to Harold Denman.
Hazel was a devout Christian raising her children in various Baptist churches over the years. She was very active in church and all her children's activities. An avid gardener, seamstress and amazing cook, she loved sharing time around the table with family and friends. She was active in Garden Club, volunteered for various positions in her community as well as attending exercise class with her good friends in Osceola.
Most of all, Hazel loved to travel with Harold and her "hounds" all around the country, visiting historical sights and enjoying the beauty of the States.
Hazel is survived by her husband Harold Denman of the home, children Tamara Evans (Osceola), Robin Davis (Osceola), William Smith and Kim Hansen (Deepwater), and Cassandra and Charles Dean (Osceola), 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and her two sweet puppies.
The family requests memorial donations in lieu of flowers be given to the Weaubleau First Baptist for Children and Youth Camp Fund, as this was dear to her heart.
