William "Bill" Harry Collins was born February 3, 1943 in Osceola, Missouri to Raymond and Lucille (Ball) Collins. He passed away in Kansas City, Kansas March 21, 2019.

He grew up in the Osceola, Missouri area and attended school there. He worked in Clinton, Missouri shortly before being drafted. Bill proudly served his country in the United States Army. After his service he lived in Kansas City, Missouri briefly while he found work there. Eventually, he moved back to Osceola where he was able to work for different companies throughout the years. He lived in the Osceola area until his passing.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Lucille Collins; siblings, Opal Collins, Charley Collins, Kenneth Collins, Fern Collins and Freddie Collins.

He is survived by siblings, Claude Collins of Osceola, Missouri, Margie Collins of Independence, Missouri and Wanda Sharp of Kansas City, Missouri along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
